We’re experts at sourcing and procuring the best our lakes and oceans have to offer. Our buying process follows a few simple principles:

SALES

Our sales staff is made up of seasoned food-industry professional that have a passion for food, people… and fish! This experienced team includes former chefs, foodies, and all-around great people who love nothing more than pairing a customer with the perfect product. We strive to be the first call a customer makes and the only one they’ll need.

CUSTOM PROCESSING

Whatever your specification – we can do it. As an experienced foodservice company, we work with chefs, owners, and buyers to understand their needs and find the right fit for their operation; and for our retail partners, we collaborate to source, spec, and produce differentiated products and that fit their stores’ assortment and strategy.

While many customers prefer calling in orders on the phone, over time we’ve added capabilities to allow customers to place orders in the way that best fits their preference and schedule, including: an after-hours phone recording system, email, EDI trading partnership, and a multitude of popular procurement system interfaces.
We offer same-day, local delivery six days a week. Our fleet of refrigerated trucks are operated by uniformed AFSI drivers and orders are tracked from placement to your door. Customers in neighboring states and beyond are fulfilled via next day deliveries through our network of 3rd party carriers, co-shipping partners, and our own demand-based, long-haul routes. We also offer air-freight fulfillment across the contiguous United States.

Our on-site warehouse offers plentiful space for fresh fish processing and frozen storage, with additional capacity at secondary off-site locations. This allows us to ‘buy into inventory’ and accommodate large inventories during seasonal, limited, or unsure markets. For our customers, this means peace-of-mind knowing their menu is protected with an uninterrupted supply of product.

We believe in partnering with our customers to enable them to succeed in the seafood category. A big part of that is investing time to share our seafood knowledge and expertise. Whether it’s menu consultation, portion cost calculation, product availability/seasonality updates, or other industry trend information, we’re committed to being a valuable resource to our customers.
